If you are interested in learning casual and traditional Italian or French cooking, we can help you.

Alex, the French Chef , started to learn cooking at the age of 16 in Paris. He learned French popular and traditional dishes, then he went to the South of France and stayed for 8 years in the French riviera where he learned and enjoyed to cook provencal dishes . After he went to the west side of France in Toulouse to again learn new dishes. Now Alex is in Tokyo, teaching how to cook the French dishes . Alex likes to mix all the flavors giving his dishes a special touch between the countryside taste and the "Provence" seaside freshnesh.

Federico, the native Italian cooking teacher, is from Roma. Having his mother a talented cook, he used to cook traditional Italian dishes since a young age. He is experienced in cooking for friends, family and workmates.

You will prepare the food by yourself as well as listen to the Chef's instructions and demonstrations. Then later you can do the same at home. Lessons are in simple English but feel free to speak Italian or French if you can. The atmosphere is relaxed , casual and friendly in order to favour learning. The recipes are simple so everybody can do it. It is not a course targeted at professional cooks. At the end of each class, all participants have dinner together with a selection of assorted Italian and French wines .

All participants receive an English Recipe handout.

Afterwards, members are welcome to have a "nijikai" in a drinking place.

Places are limited therefore reservations are absolutely necessary.
